Provide project, operational and administrative support to Corporate Development VP and Corporate Development Directors. Collaborate with Account Managers to manage and execute all corporate campaigns. Work in conjunction with VP to coordinate with accounting to ensure information is accurate while generating strategies to improve service levels and efficiency throughout the organization. This person will be a high energy, results-oriented, self-starting leader, capable of quickly taking control and assisting with needs across the organization.
Provide confidential administrative support to the VP Corporate Development. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents as needed by the VP.
Represent the VP both internally and externally; acting as a liaison between the President, key executives, and staff throughout the Foundation.
Manage all department communication in regard to mailings, which include invoicing partners, acknowledging gifts, and follow up with regard to each mailing as needed.
Assist in routine financial activities for the department which include but are not limited to pulling monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy of data for field.
Coordinate and manage data for stewardship program including year-end campaign packages and donor reports.
Manage and organize all department contracts and work with managers, directors, and vice president to ensure the financial aspect of contracts is being achieved.
Project management of corporate campaigns which includes coordination of sneaker distributions, incentives, product sampling in collaboration with development operations.
Coordinate, manage and communicate all financial allocations for chapters.
Facilitate and coordinate internal communication for execution of corporate campaigns.
Perform all responsibilities that require knowledge of department activities and understanding of the Foundation’s operations and procedures.
Perform other duties related to administrative assignments as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Liaison and coordinate executive activities with other department’s Managers, Coordinators and Administrative staff as appropriate across the organization to facilitate eTeam priorities, endeavors and projects.
Responsible for management of OnePlace for Department; obtaining necessary approvals.
Review and approve expense reports and credit card reports for the VP direct reports.
Coordinate and manage departmental budget for the VP’s office including forecasting and expense allocations.

Perform all other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the VP Corporate Development. Consult with senior management as needed.
2-7 years of experience in administrative support and/or project coordination required.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Salesforce experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of and capabilities in administrative procedures, such as coordination of people and resources, planning, and resource allocation. Knowledge of administrative procedures, such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Expertise in developing and preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
Ability to identify and establish key objectives and works in a timely and efficient manner.
