Throughout our 40-week, intensive rotational and travel program,you’ll learn firsthand how PRG Real Estate manages properties and sets the industry standard.
The ideal Leadership Development Candidate is highly motivated, open-minded and enthusiastic about embarking on a career within the Real Estate or Property Management industry. Since you’ll be will traveling and rotating to different communities across our portfolio, and shadowing our Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers, a willingness to relocate and travel is key.
