Pathmatics is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to fuel our outbound marketing and sales activities, products & services--craft the messaging and positioning, and work with sales and marketing to develop innovative programs that drive demand.
You will be the expert on buyers: their jobs & objectives, their unmet needs, how they buy, and their buying criteria. Then, you’ll transfer that knowledge through the sales & marketing channels to generate demand, close new business, and inform the product roadmap. Your ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits along with your attention to detail and eye for quality are crucial attributes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Messaging – take the lead on product positioning and messaging that differentiates Pathmatics’ products in each target market
Sales enablement – as the product guru, communicate the value proposition of the products with the sales team and create the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
Product launches – drive the launch of new products and feature releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
Demand gen – inform marketing and business development programs that create demand for your products
Bachelor's in business or marketing, or technical degree with subsequent product marketing experience.
5+ years of enterprise SaaS Product Marketing Experience with at least 2 years experience in a field facing role. Digital advertising, ad tech, ad buy side or sell side experience a plus
Experience with sales enablement, product launches, competitive intelligence, and demand generation.
Excellent writing, speaking, presentation, and visual communication skills, especially translating technical concepts into clear communications for various audiences (internal and external).
Strong project management skills.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
