What: We are seeking a Client Development Specialist to become an integral part of our team. Our cloud/managed surveillance is the best in the industry. Our solution is picked the majority of times when compared with the old closet DVR technology. Combined with our remote guarding we are a critical supplier to the multifamily industry and others. You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

While you will be handling sales and relationships you will not be alone and will have plenty of help. Does not have to be a security/surveillance person, experience in other industries welcome.  WE KNOW MULTIFAMILY!

Why: We are getting more requests in other areas and would like to ensure we can support the customer in an efficient and professional manor. Our solution is developed by us and we are not 'dvr slammers' just selling the cheapest Chinese equipment. It is the easiest to use on the market, and our users LOVE how simple it is to view live and recorded video. We work to solve the problem and create the right solution for the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Educate about company products and services to new and existing customers clients
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
• Represent ControlByNet with honesty and recognize the long-term relationship

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Multifamily experience and connections is important
