Continental Properties is looking for a Revenue Manager to join our team. This position can work from anywhere and we are open to a fully remote team member for this opportunity.
This is a newly created role due to our growth and continued desire to maximize revenue with the skillful use of our multifamily revenue management platform through collaboration with onsite teams
As our Revenue Manager, you will collaborate with our teams to understand community strategy, markets, and gain local information, to maintain highly occupied communities across all Continental communities.? Your day-to-day will consist of guidance to Community Managers on pricing, reporting, measurement, and revenue and community performance analysis.?
Oversee and manage rental rates for new and renewal leases across all Springs communities, including corrective actions as needed
Serve as company liaison and communicate regularly with revenue management software vendor (YieldStar or other) to identify issues, modifications, opportunities, and enhancements
Service as a subject matter expert for Springs communities and markets; adept at understanding and discussing pricing, product, promotion, and customer targeting with segmentation
Lead all aspects of revenue management system setup and implementations for new properties, including in-person onsite training for the team
Design and implement a comprehensive approach to achieving budgeted/proforma rate and occupancy to ensure occupancy problems are not being solved by reducing rate when the root cause may be an alternate source/issue
Skills Critical to Success:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Five (5) or more years of revenue management and/or property management industry experience desired.
Experience working with Revenue Management Software; Real Page Platform/Yieldstar is preferred
Strong financial acumen and prior asset management experience
Exhibits quality decision making, exercises sound judgment and discretion when setting priorities; can handle competing demands
Strong relationship management skills, able to develop and maintain close partnerships with internal and external customers
