DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Continental Properties is the 10th largest multifamily developer in the country and is eager to develop the next generation of leaders to join our Manager in Training (MIT) Program. You will learn to oversee a multi-million-dollar business alongside one of our Community Managers who will be your direct supervisor. They will provide leadership and insight into the development and strategy of a residential community.
